Rahim brings creativity, compassion, and strategic solutions to his clients in employment, labour, and civil litigation disputes. He listens closely to understand his clients’ priorities and passionately advocates on their behalf.
Rahim has specific expertise in employment and labour law, human rights, and professional/academic discipline matters. He also has experience working with clients involved in workplace and integrity commissioner investigations.
Prior to joining Kastner Law, Rahim was a litigation associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Pinto Wray James LLP. He has also worked as Litigation Counsel with Bell Canada and as a caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services.
Rahim volunteers with the Refugee Hearing Program of Matthew House Toronto. He is a member and previous director of the South Asian Visual Arts Centre.
Rahim graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013. Rahim holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economic and Political Science.
