Jesse provides practical and strategic advice to individuals and organizations in the areas of labour, employment, human rights and regulatory law. In her role as a litigator, Jesse brings skilled advocacy, empathy, efficiency, and creativity to her practice. Jesse also conducts workplace investigations and training.
Before practicing with Kastner Law, Jesse was an associate at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP, a top-tier litigation boutique, where she had a broad civil litigation practice.
Jesse received her law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. As a law student, Jesse was awarded the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize for first-place standing in Contract Law. Prior to law school, Jesse earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
Jesse is committed to improving access to justice and to innovation in the legal profession. In her spare time, Jesse volunteers with Pro Bono Law Ontario and the YWCA Hamilton.
Jesse is called to the bar in Ontario. She provides legal services in both Toronto and Hamilton.
